Boxing is a combat sport steeped in history, dating back to ancient times. It flourishes with a diverse range of styles, from the technical footwork of the Orthodox stance to the powerful hooks of the Southpaw stance. The relentless pressure of the Swarmer style is as captivating as the strategic approach of Cuban boxing, while the precision of English styles and the adaptability of Russian techniques showcase the sport's global influence.
Note: Classes shown here are commonly attributed to "western boxing".
Some coaches with experience in other martial arts like Muay Thai, but we've only included academies with coaches who mainly have trained in 'Western' boxing as their core discipline. Do let us know if you know other western boxing academies!
